About Us

Background: Our owner Lannie Ward has been a Registered Nurse in Arizona since 1983. She has worked in the home health care field for 28 years as an Acute Home Care Nurse, Hospital Discharge Planner, and as our lead Registered Nurse at Community of Helping Angel. It was clear to Lannie during her years as a Acute Home Care Nurse and Hospital Discharge Planner that the families she was working with needed further assistance at home. Lannie realized that families were frustrated at the limited options for care of their loved one. Many families did not want to turn to a nursing home in fear that their loved one would decline further due to not being in their home. In December 19, 2001 Lannie Ward created and incorporated Community of Helping Angels Inc..
